3. Client Responsibilities & Factual Accuracy
Corporate clients utilizing our coordination services agree to:
- Provide truthful, complete, and accurate transaction ledgers, KYC proofs, and notice copies.
- Refrain from tendering forged, falsified, or misleading documentation for filing before authorities.
- Execute timely authorizations or representation mandates when requested for local advocate filings.
4. Territorial Jurisdiction & Governing Law
These terms and all coordination engagements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of coordination service agreements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
