Executive Confidentiality Commitment
LEGALCOORD treats all corporate transaction records, police notices, banking statements, and client communications as strictly confidential commercial information protected by rigorous institutional non-disclosure standards.
1. Information We Collect
When a corporate entity contacts our coordination desk or submits a matter intake form, we collect:
- Corporate identification details: Company name, registration jurisdiction, authorized contact person, business email address, and Telegram handles.
- Matter-specific documentation: Copies of statutory notices (such as Section 91 CrPC / Section 94 BNSS requisitions), bank freeze advisories, transaction UTR records, and merchant accounting ledgers.
- Communications metadata: Timestamps of matter progress updates, executive briefings, and local counsel status logs.
2. Purpose and Use of Collected Information
All documentation shared with LEGALCOORD is used solely for:
- Conducting preliminary legal and jurisdictional assessments of the matter.
- Briefing qualified local counsel and legal associates within the specific territorial jurisdiction.
- Preparing structured factual dossiers and representations for authorized submissions to investigating authorities, courts, or bank nodal officers.
- Maintaining institutional case history and audit trails for ongoing corporate retainers.
3. Data Retention and Security Standards
We implement industry-standard encryption protocols (TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest) for all digital records. Case files are archived in compartmentalized secure storage environments accessible only by the assigned case coordinator and authorized legal associates. Sensitive bank ledgers and customer KYC logs are purged upon formal matter conclusion upon client request, subject to statutory record preservation obligations.
4. Non-Disclosure and Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, rent, monetize, or disclose client information to any commercial third parties. Information is shared strictly with:
- Verified independent advocates enrolled with State Bar Councils engaged specifically for your matter representation.
- Competent judicial, police, or banking authorities solely when explicitly authorized by the client entity as part of formal statutory filings.
5. Contact Regarding Privacy
For data protection inquiries, NDA requests, or document purge instructions, contact our coordination governance officer at desk@legalcoord.com.
